Ana’s first memory is cracking the tops off varying Molson products, age 4, behind the bar she grew up in, with her Dad. Now, when your earliest experience is keeping the population of St. Catharine’s well oiled, there is a certain inevitability to a career that has led her to lead one of Canada’s most respected and well known cocktail bars. A leading authority on Sherry, she has also competed in, won AND ALSO LOST a few competitions. From late night snack bars, to dive bars, she has a well rounded resume, but has specialized in making some not terrible cocktails in Toronto for nearly 5 years as the Bar Manager at Bar Raval.
